Typically, the dish consists of a wheat flour-based batter, which is poured into a specially designed pan with hemispherical molds. Small pieces of tender octopus, tempura scraps, green onions, and pickled ginger are added before the batter is cooked to a golden brown, resulting in an enticing outer crunch while the insides remain soft and flavorful.

Menteri Perdagangan (Mendag) Zulkifli Hasan mengungkapkan total transaksi sementara Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2024 mencapai sebesar 22,73 miliar dolar AS.

 

"Adapun capaian total transaksi sementara tercatat sebesar 22,73 miliar dolar AS," ujar Zulkifli Hasan dalam acara penutupan Trade Expo Indonesia 2024 di Tangerang, Banten pada Sabtu.

 

Untuk rincian dari total transaksi sementara tersebut yakni untuk transaksi barang dan jasa senilai 19,69 miliar dolar AS dan transaksi investasi senilai 3,4 miliar dolar AS.

 

Menurut Zulkifli Hasan, total transaksi sementara Trade Expo Indonesia 2024 sebesar 22,73 miliar dolar AS tersebut melampaui target yang ditetapkan sebesar 15 miliar dolar AS.

 

Adapun negara-negara dengan transaksi terbesar selama Trade Expo Indonesia2024 yakni nomor satu adalah India, kemudian nomor dua Vietnam, nomor tiga Belanda, lalu Filipina, dan Mesir.

Zulkifli Hasan menyampaikan Trade Expo Indonesia 2024 terasa ramai sekali, gelaran tersebut menghadirkan manfaat bagi eksportir, buyer, dan terus berinovasi pada setiap pelaksanaannya.

 

Selain promosi terintegrasi melalui pameran, juga terdapat kegiatan-kegiatan pendukung di antaranya business matching, business counseling, seminar internasional, forum bisnis, serta dialog bisnis.

 

Sebagai informasi, ajang Trade Expo Indonesia jadi sarana bagi para pelaku usaha dalam negeri untuk memperkenalkan produk-produknya ke pasar internasional. Sekaligus memperluas jangkauan produk-produk yang sudah memasuki pasar ekspor.

 

Zulkifli Hasan optimistis nilai ekspor produk dalam negeri bisa didongkrak lewat berbagai upaya, semisal meningkatkan daya saing hingga mencari pasar baru non tradisional dengan bantuan perwakilan-perwakilan negara yang ada di luar negeri.

 

Trade Expo Indonesia merupakan pameran dagang internasional yang berfokus pada business to-business (B2B) dan ajang transaksi di antara para pelaku bisnis.

 

Kegiatan ini dirancang dan difasilitasi Kementerian Perdagangan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan produk ekspor nasional dan memperluas pasar ekspornya.

 

Trade Expo Indonesia kali ini mengusung tema Build Strong Connection with The Best of Indonesia yang mempromosikan para produsen dan pemasok dari seluruh Indonesia yang akan memamerkan produk serta layanan berkualitas tinggi dan terbaik mereka.

Kementerian Perdagangan (Kemendag) menargetkan transaksi sekitar USD15,5 miliar pada gelaran Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) ke-39 pada 9-12 Oktober 2024 mendatang.
